WRY series hot oil pump has been widely used in heat carrier heating system. It has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmacy, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction and food. It is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquid without solid particles. The service temperature is ≤ 350 ℃. It is an ideal hot oil circulating pump.

WRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed by our factory on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign oil pumps. The basic structure is a single-stage single suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, the outlet is centered and vertically upward, and is installed on the base together with the motor.

WRY series hot oil pump is supported by double end ball bearing. The front end is lubricated by lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated by grease, and there is an oil guide pipe in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover the heat transfer oil at any time.
The natural heat dissipation structure changes the traditional water cooling structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, saving operation cost, good performance and reliable use.

WRY series hot oil pump: 
(1) it adopts the combination of stuffing sealing and mechanical sealing. The stuffing sealing uses high-temperature resistant stuffing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses cemented carbide materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance to ensure the sealing performance at high temperature.
(2) The third generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is used as lip sealing, which makes a leap in sealing performance, improves the reliability by 25 times compared with rubber seal, and has strong corrosion resistance.
